The Flower of Life is a geometrical symbol composed of multiple overlapping circles arranged in a flower-like pattern. It is considered to be a sacred symbol in many cultures and is believed to represent the interconnectedness of all living things and the underlying unity of the universe. The Flower of Life has been found in many ancient structures and artifacts around the world, and its precise origins are from kemet now know as Egypt.

Practicing the flower of life meditation will help to achieve enlightenment.

Enlightenment is the state of understanding the truth about the nature of existence, the self, and the universe. It is a state of spiritual awakening, characterized by a profound sense of clarity, inner peace, and freedom from suffering. It is considered the ultimate goal of many spiritual seekers and is said to bring about a profound transformation in one's perception of reality and experience of life.

Below is a guide to follow for the Flower of Life meditation.

1. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

2. Take a few deep breaths, relaxing your body and mind.

3. Visualize a vibrant, glowing Flower of Life pattern in front of you. It consists of overlapping circles forming a geometrical pattern.

4. Focus your attention on the center of the Flower of Life pattern, and imagine a soft light emanating from it, filling your body and surroundings.

5. Breathe in this light, allowing it to penetrate every cell of your body, healing and energizing you.

6. Stay in this meditative state for a few minutes, feeling the soothing effects of the Flower of Life pattern on your mind, body, and spirit.

7. When you're ready, slowly come back to your normal state of awareness, taking a few deep breaths and stretching your body.
